It is intended for students who are intended to pursue specific studies and who are planning to transfer out of necessity. A careful discussion of the academic plan with a counselor will help ensure that the student has a foundation for the transfer planning process should they later decide to study at a consultant/university. Students choose their studies based on their interests and educational goals.
